Mari (pronounced Merry) Lowman is a black lab mobility service dog. She was born in
August 2023 and became part of the Lowman Family—and hence of BEYOND LIMITS: Awaken Your Potential—in April 2025.
Mari is sweet and calm. She comes from Canada, perhaps explaining her laidback temperament?
She focuses intently and is always ready to learn new skills. She remembers her tasks astoundingly well. She is proud of her abilities, loves helping Mummy, and is completely devoted.
Since Mari was raised in a kennel with other dogs, she has terrific canine social skills. This
made her transition into the Lowman Family and into being Dusty’s sibling smooth and painless.
Dusty loves having another dog to play with: she had been without that since 2023. Despite
Mari’s being younger than Dusty, Mari is the rock and the leader.
Although Mari did not join the Lowman Family until April 2025, she was ready, willing, and
able to be a key participant in the Top of the World Journey to the Arctic in July of that year.
Mari looks forward to all the adventures to come.
