Losing Track

We all lose track of where we are sometimes. Losing track of homework, housework, friends, family, things, stuff… whatever you’re losing track of right now I’m here to remind you to: breathe. Take a deep breath. In for five counts, out for five counts. Do it again. One more time. There, now don’t you feel better? Sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget that even though we’re breathing every second of every day, we should take breaks every now and then to focus on just breathing.

Losing track of something doesn’t mean you’re failing; it means you’re human and normal and busy. It means that you’re doing things you can be proud of one day. It means that you’re moving forward and living and being, which is pretty awesome, if you ask me. So here’s one more reminder: you are awesome. Every single one of you.
